Rights and Obligations
We see it as our priority to fill orders quickly and accurately. As a result, we may occasionally delay shipping orders in an effort to contact the customer to make sure that he/she are purchasing the best product for their needs.
Additionally, due to the recent increase in fraud activities, we will not fill orders if the shipping address is different than the billing address and the order was paid for by a credit card. Only PayPal, check and wire payments are allowed in such circumstances.
We also reserve the right to cancel any order at will. All funds will be returned to the customer if this occurs. This may occasionally occur in case we run out of stock or if we cannot honour the sale price due to a data entry error.
We may sometimes ship via ground even if a customer pays for expedited shipping. This is only done if we find through our analyses that ground shipment will get to the address faster than the expedited one. Customer is welcome to request shipping fee adjustment if this occurs.
